Which one?

the center one isn't needed.

realistically, you could get by with only putting in 3 or 4 screws, and I actually was disassembling my PC once, forgot to put in the screws completely , and ran my system like that for about a week until I noticed.

you'll be fine.

As long as the board is secured in place you don't need to have all the screws put in.

Realistically only one screw is necessary to hold it in place, but I wouldn't recommend that :P

Realistically, if you plug enough stuff in your IO that should hold your motherboard in place with 0 screws :D

That's not a screw hole.

DO NOT put a screw in there or you will kill the motherboard.

Screw holes are bigger and have a big space around them, as well as the shiny silver solder dots all the way around.
