Transfering Windows 10 from HHD to SSD m.2

Hey guys,

 

I want to transfer my OS, Windows 10, from my HDD to m.2 SSD. Whilst keeping documents and games, on the HDD. Should I install windows 10 from scratch, if so what do i do with the serial key?is it possible to transfer the windows 10 settings as well? I want to know what the easiest way to do this is.

Install Windows 10 from scratch,if it is a prebuilt,download neosmart's windows product key tool,and get the key since it is faster,unless u wanna keep all on the SSD,If u wanna carry over Windows,download some free cloning tool or buy acronis,and clone it and ur good
