Blue, Black, Yellow, Orange, Grey, Striped Screens

Hello everyone, for a long time my computer has been failing on me, it crashes randomly when i watch youtube off chrome but it just crashes in general. When it does i am presented by a variety of different screen colours which indicate the crash, its typically a black screen but i have seen grey striped screens before. I've ran the computer without the graphics card in and i cant seem to load windows in normal mode but i can in safe mode, when launching in normal mode i'm prompted by a blue screen and i assume its the blue screen of death but the computer reboots too fast for me to read the text. With the graphics card in i can log into windows by im presented with a black screen with a cursor. I'm unsure what it could be. I know that heat isnt an issue and everything is updated.
Any suggestions/fixes?

I would tend to agree with @revsilverspine. It may be worth uninstalling both MOBO and GPU drivers entirely and doing a clean install of those. Also, before doing anything reset the CMOS and remove any GPU overclocks. Also, do you have any OC profiles set to load for the GPU when booting into Windows? If so disable those and see if it clears.
