What Wireless network adapter to get?

Hey i'm building a moderately cheap pc (In US) and I need a wireless network adapter but I don't know which to get. My internet is not the best...  

I need a cheap adapter that will last a long time. Tell me if you need any more information.

1. Personally, I recommend a wired connection if you can get it

I would like one too but I would need to run a ethernet underneath our house and we are moving soon so.. its not worth the effort. By cheap I mean a adapter that wont fall apart on me and can do those speeds at the least amount of money.

Well, there's an Edimax branded one you can buy for 7.99 on Amazon. Unfortunately, I don't have it with me at the moment, but it has a few thousand reviews so it should be alright. That one can't do AC WiFi however.

AC wifi is a standard of WiFi that uses the 5GHz band. All others that I know of (Minus AD, but don't worry about that one) use 2.4GHz bands. Basically, AC is meant to be faster and less crowded than all those other standards of WiFi.

Ok I think im on 2.4GHz, can you link me to the card you recommenced?

Would you prefer a PCI-e card or a USB dongle?

I would prefer PCl-e with a USB dongle i  would probably break it off.

Usually the USB ones are tiny anyway, but I'll find a PCI-e one for you.
