You can but you could you upgrade to a single 1060 6GB or 1070.

Yes you can.

Don't do it unless you got some really sweet deal on that other 770.

 

Single 1060 6G is quite a bit better though.

I used to run 770s in SLI (the MSI 4GB version).  When maxing out both cards and the CPU (overclocked 5930K) simultaneously, I would hit 680W max. 

So 750W is enough, you'll never max out the entire PC under normal or gaming use.
