That connector goes on the top row on one of the USB headers on the motherboard. Line up the blanked off pin with the blanked pin on the board header.

Is it the top row of the 1st picture and the last four pins on the right side that i connect it to?Thanks

It will be a header like this, they will have something like "JUSB" next to it. Look for the blanked off pin and line the connector up with it.

I have both ports, may I know which ports to use though. So i just pluck into the last row with the 4 pins 1 with 1 empty slot?
