Best Sub $100 CAD Mic

Hey guys,

 

I am looking to find a decent mic for under $100 if there is a good option out there. I have looked around and seen the usual mod mic and snowball, however I don't think I want the snowball as I really don't like the look of it, however if it is the best option for sound quality as this price point, then I may as well get past the looks. I also don't want the mod mic because I don't want the added cable bulk that goes along with have two cables. 

 

My favorite option so far would be this mic from Samson

Blue Snowball is pretty good as well

Any experience with cheaper microphones? Whether its the mics I have talked about or other ones? I haven't gamed online with any of my PC buddies ever, plan on doing it this summer and need a mic.
