If everyone else is using, then use it too. It can prevent PC from shutting down before you save all your stuff when power suddenly goes off. There must be a reason for others to use something like this.

I think it just conditions power and protects surges it's not a UPS

As for your PC, i3 at 3.3GHz could be i3 2120 or i3 3220. For esports titles, match it with a used 750ti is good enough since you don't mind turning the quality down. You might need to buy a new PSU though, just in case what comes with it is too weak.

If i really need one i'm going to buy an Corsair CX430, it's cheap (R$230 BRL) and i think it can do it

The higher the number of tier, the worse it is. Tier 4 is the minimum I would go even for a low-power system like this, so CX430 might not be the best deal.

In the the sidebar it shows a stabilizer tab and a "nobreak" tab inside that tab is a bunch of UPS's

Then it might be a sort of "voltage smoothener" or "voltage balancer", basically turns unstable voltage into stable one. Still needed for something like a PC to run fine.

the capacity is not the only thing that matters. CX uses parts that can't handle as much high temperature as good-rated power supplies. That's the main issue.

Funny thing about being brazilian is that when you try to buy someting that is actually decent from the exterior, they throw taxes, 6 month shipping, taxes, taxes, taxes...

The CX 430 will be fine, and there likely isn't better options.

the stabilizer is a thing that make energy from the unstable energy net from here smoother, so it doesn't breaks the PC, it's not a noBreak (those things cost my life) it's just a smoothener
