I'm planning on buying a pc that is really cheap:

Price: R$1230

CPU: i3 ??? 3.3Ghz

RAM: 8GB DDR3

MotherBoard: ????

PSU: ????

Gpu: integrated, up to 1gb

it's pretty basic but the store doesn't give much information

LINK: http://www.americanas.com.br/produto/20813320/computador-desktop-easypc-intel-core-i3-8gb-hd-1tb?condition=NEW&pfm_carac=8gb+i3&pfm_index=4&pfm_page=search&pfm_pos=grid&pfm_type=search_page+

and i want to put a GPU good enough to run Overwatch, it can be on low, medium (i don't care) smoothly.

There's another thing that i need to know, do i reallyn need an energy stabilizer?

Im Brazilian and i cant build one myself because its so godamn expensive

Sorry, I forgot to say the GPU:

Geforce Nvidia Gtx 750 Ti 2gb Gddr5 128 Bits - 02g-P4-3751-Kr

if not, its a box that we use to plug the pc on the energy, to dont plug directly on the outlet

you dont need a energy stabilizer. only PSU, storage, cpu, MB, something to put everything in, you can have a video card, but you dont need one, memory, and peripherals.

Is it safe to dont use ?

I couldn't access the info page of your target PC due to IP (location) problems, but I'm just thinking why a system with an i3 can sell for $1200. That clear things up well

@GutoGordo If your country needs a power stabilizer for a PC, then buy it if you don't have one. I'm not sure how much that will cost you. Can you tell us what's left after that?

Stabilizator price is not a big problem, they are cheap: about R$50 to R$200 i just really wanted to know if i need one or not
