So I'm stuck on whether I want a beast 1500 dollar pc or maybe lower the specs and get a gaming chair that is around 300 dollars. I want my pc to definitely have a zotac 1080 and in a corsair 460x rgb. With that in mind I sit in a pretty uncomfortable chair wich ruined my last pc experience wich was a 1070 i5 6600k build until I sold it because someone offered me more money than it was worth simply because it was built. But if you guys have any words of wisdom or can help me with my dilema I would appreciate it very much. Ps. I have a 1080 p asus monitor and keyboard/mouse

I'd bail on some spec and get a good comfortable chair, back problems and discomfort or pain will soon haunt you if you plan to sit on it for an extended period of time. After sitting on a bad chair for the last year (I switched to an office chair later) I still get pain when I move my left shoulder occasionally

You could get a PC and a chair but you don't have to pay 300$ for one. There are cheeper options which are very comfortable as well. And the word gaming in the name doesn't make the chair better. I went to a real store and tried out different chairs and got a nice one which was on sale.

That's just stupid. Spend some of your budget on a better monitor, and still get a GPU capable of running the monitor.

Also a bad idea. You can easily get a perfectly good chair for <$150, instead of just wasting money for "gaming chair". That would also give you more money for your system.

get 2 RX 580's

That's stupid. He should be getting the best single GPU he can.

OP;

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor  ($195.69 @ SuperBiiz)

Monitor: Dell - S2417DG 23.8" 2560x1440 165Hz Monitor  ($361.56 @ Amazon)
Total: $1612.32

You still have around $200 left for a nice chair, more than enough. You get a nice new monitor. 1440p, G-Sync, 165Hz. Now, a GTX 1070 isn't quite enough to run AAA titles maxed out at 1440p 165Hz. However, G-Sync will make it a great experience regardless. For more demanding titles, you can just lower settings if you want to achiever higher FPS, or settle for lower FPS with better settings. You could always add a 2nd GTX 1070 later since you have SLI support. Or, you could upgrade to a 1080Ti, and still have SLI support with that. SLI GTX 1070 or a GTX 1080Ti would handle 1440p 165Hz perfectly.
