Cycling Light Questions Help

Alright! So I have 50 bucks in total to get a bright af headlight and a tailight that can be seen from a far distance. I live in a rural area so I definitely need bright things.. I have two products chosen, but for those who cycle alot at night, I'd love your opinion on these/any lights you recommend.
