Wifi Network not showing up

Last night, my wifi conection was working perfectly fine. Today, when i turn on my pc the SSID from the network i was using last night dosn't show up. I am typing this from my laptop, which is in the same room as my desktop, without any connection problems. I've tried reinstalling drivers for the adapter, physically reconnecting the adapter, restarting the pc, and even reinstalling windows.
