I am building my own desk PC and want it to have all the amenities of a ATX case. So I need a mount for a PSU. Would prefer in black.

Your going to need to get something fabricated or purchase it as a part from existing products

Oh yeah I know. I am already using a caselabs motherboard tray for mobo. I saw these brackets but I was unsure if they were ATX or mATX.

That bracket is from the mastercase 5 which uses a Standard ATX mount:
