Well, it's a little bit faster, I'd say try a bios upgrade and see if that works, if you haven't already, then once again reset the cmos and see if it boots any faster, if it doesn't I dunno what to tell you, Ryzen is a new platform, and I have no experience with it, and no test benches with it.
