Wait for Mini ITX motherboards to come out and if you plan gaming only then consider Intel also.

That case is the same as an ATX mid tower on its side. I know, because I have two of those cases.

I see, but when people want small cases I usually assume is going flat down anyway, so I guess this further supports that preference.
