windows 10 install broke everything?

went to upgrade from win 7 to 10, and the windows 10 installer wouldn't get get very far and say something about a digital signature invalid, then when i gave up and went to redo the usb windows 7 now says the same, any ideas and i got no way to re install win 7

these installs get borked sometimes. I'd recommend a complete fresh reinstall.
