Ikea linnmon vs malm

ive made a different thread but it wasnt very successful in helping me, so im deciding between the ikea linnmon and malm as one for my new desk ive never had either and need a new one that can match my build (red and black) so ive found these: www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/categories/departments/workspaces/tools/planner_build_your_own_desk/#2/10251352-0/2/00261295_70217973 and 

www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/00214157/#/00214157 i want advice, the malm does look to provide good cable management but looks quite smaller in height, i will need to be able to fit my pc and two monitors on the desk. Thanks for help in advance

Consideration if you are planning on using monitor arms or mic boom etc.: Linnmon is easier to mount to-- the brace on the malm gets in the way on a lot of clamps.
