Hello Forum!

I'm in a bit of some confusion with why my system is acting up, and this started to happen out of no where on day.

So the situation here is that I can no longer play any games or watch high res video files, they all play at really low frame rate, I'm talking about like 6 to 12 max.

I've tried doing some research on google and I did every possible solution I could find, i tried; Disk Defrag, Re-installing OS, Update all drivers, Bios update, un-installing gpu drivers and re-installing, make sure windows is fully up-to date, turned off windows features and the visual features that a few articles had mentioned.

It seems as though the system is not utilizing the GPU at all as you can see in my attachment, while I was playing CS:GO. I have made sure that the bios is set to using the GPU and not integrated, and in the Nvidia CP.

I've also booted into my MacOS partition and ran CS:GO with no issues, so I've narrowed it down to a windows problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated by anyone! Thank you in advance!
