What is there customer service like online. Im planning to get a ryzen 1600 from shop rbc, and im planning to get a 1070 strix from vuugo. So im wondering how fast is their shipping and if their customer service is good or not.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with vuugo, buying 4-5 items in an order once and 2 ended up being out of stock and back order without any ETA.

With ME you can't use your paypal wallet and pay the balance with what ever card you have associated with your PayPal. happened to me twice, ordered elsewhere both times.

Shop RBC I only use for price matches, they're often lower than everyone else.

But, I've had bad experience everywhere except like newegg.

while ordering in Canada, I'd stick to NCIX, Direct Canada, Newegg, and Amazon. If anything is cheaper elsewhere, NCIX offers price matching.

It works, I never said it didn't.

Let's say your order is $100, but you want to use the $80 balance from your PayPal account and it should use automatically $20 from your back account or credit card, but it doesn't do it and it tries to take $100 from your paypal balance and ends up automatically cancelling.

I've only had experience with Memory Express and it was very good. Would definitely recommend buying from them if they have the best price. They went out of their way to help me out when trying to buy a graphics card that was on sale a few years ago. Very good customer service.
