So I installed my old GTX 760 in my home server (specs in sig) to experiment with various GPU accelerated stuff. After installing the driver, I'm getting this weird effect within Windows that's most noticeable on text. It basically creates a little "ghost" of everything just to the right of it. Not sure how to explain it best and I can't get a good photo because the "ghosts" are very faint, but they really make the whole display look really fuzzy. It's definitely something to do with Windows and not the GPU itself, because the effect isn't there in the BIOS. I tried reinstalling the driver, didn't make a difference. It's not a huge problem but I would like to fix it and know why it's happening if possible. Ideas?

check if ClearType is turned on or off

It was on, but I don't think that's it because it's on more than just text, and didn't happen before I installed the new GPU.

Welcome to VGA. Stop using VGA.

Well I'm adapting the DVI on the card to VGA right now, I thought that might be it too but I don't think it's the connection because it looks right in the BIOS.

All you're doing is telling that port to output VGA... Thats what those "adapters" do.

You could try this:
