WIndows 10 srttrail.txt error

Ok so today I booted my computer for some reason it kept going to automatic repair and popping up with srttrail.txt every few times. I've tried everything I can to fix it. I've tried all the command prompt fixes I could find, I've looked at countless other forums, I tried booting into safe mode but it still didn't work, and I've even tried to factory reset and that doesn't even let me factory reset. Any suggestions?
