Supremacy EVO Orientation

I have a rotated motherboard in my case (i/o is facing upwards), but I kept my supremacy block un-rotated so that the inlet/outlet would remain horizontal, rather than vertical from each other with the new motherboard orientation. Would this effect temps in any way since there are jets and inserts inside?

It would be better to have it oriented the length of the CPU die under the IHS but it's effect would be marginal in terms of temps.

So long as i'm not losing out on like 5+ degrees of cooling. If I were, then I would re-bend my pipes but if the difference is marginal then I'm not going to bother

I don't believe it would be more than that, the point where I would say it's a bit of concern is if it's on large die processors like the LGA 2011 socket as the die tend to be larger and some what rectangular.

 

If you are getting good temps for the hardware there is nothing to really worry about.

I did it a few times and you won't really see a big temp difference.  What CPU is it?
