So I did a fresh install of windows recently due to some displays issues I was having and I decided to go a head and install league and I get this message.The program that it's trying to install is directx and Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Rdestributable Package (x64).Thing is every time that I do so,I get the error listed in the title.

From this forum post.

 

Manually download both x64 and x86 c++ visual studio 2005. If either installer doesn't work, extract using winRar and the 'missing' file will be there. Run that, run league, good game.

Still getting the same error.
