So let me give you the run down of my current PC.

I got it about the time of November and had to wait till Christmas to use it. My mom wasn't to keen on the whole build it thing, so she said screw it, and when we were in Best Buy and we saw them on sale, we got it. It was 500$ and it's kind of meh. It has 8 GB's of DDR3 RAM, and an AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core as the processor. It has a Radeon RX 460 as the GPU and yeah that's the main stuff. Then I found out the many pains that would soon come after. You see (and this goes towards anyone wanting to buy a PC) In my opinion, DO NOT DO PRE-BUILT. Because Pre-Builts do not want you to upgrade. They come for the minimal necessary, and are money grabbers, for this price I could have gotten beter things and would be fine for a while, and yeah. It's bad.

Examples: Want to upgrade RAM? Buy new Motherboard because not enough RAM sockets and also probably supports up to 8 lmao. Needs better GPU, I wish to do 3D work such as Zbrush and Maya but can't. Needs an 8 core CPU. Want to do any of this? Well bucko your PSU. BuT I dON'T HaVE A SticKER 0n tHE GosH DArN THIngGGGGG uhgughughugh. I will have to manually take it out seeing as to how they mount it. If there is still no sticker to be seen. I shall have to get out a wattage kit thingy and check it that way. Either way however I will still have to upgrade it I know. I'll probably saw a bit of the case off (I REALLY LOVE THE CASE THIS WILL MAKE MORE SENSE LATER ) to mount the PSU seeing as to how the PSU is small. Either way shouldn't be bad because it will never be seen due to how the case is set up ( one reason why). So why keep the case. Well as you read by the tagline this is named The Flash in resemblance of my most favorite superhero ever. The case is a Cyberpower PC and yada yada, it fits the color, the case is extremely good for cable management and most important has a lighting bolt for extra "Flash" effect, as do the keyboard and mouse AND my headset. It's a red and black build and hope to add some more color later. With that being all said I have the final system specs that it should have. Feel free to comment any suggestions and such.

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9S-8GBXL

He's right to some extent. SFF ad USFF towers are pretty much impossible to upgrade. But standard computer towers that can stand upright can usually be upgraded with few problems.

still i would rather have a 2nd or 3rd gen i7 than an

FX any day.

and I am tired and I am half asleep and uh um yes Ryzen was something i was considering

Okay replying with a much better brain.

Yes Ryzen was something I was considering. In this point in time however, CPU's don't matter a whole lot, considering I don't to a bunch of multi tasking and or editing. Even if I did, it would be very minimal and an FX would be very capable of handling it.

Another thing to note, I have always supported AMD over Intel for CPU's. AMD supports much more budget cut builds with very bang for the buck CPU's. Intel doesn't have bad CPU's or anything *cough cough what the heck are they doing with the new one cough cough* but they don't support budget cut builds. Not only but I have compared my 6 core FX CPU to my friends Intel i3 being a quad core, my being significantly better because one, i3's are ranging from 100-190 for a new dual or quad. Not only but my CPU is 6 cores, much better in many ways, but also has a HUGE price difference.

Again my opinion.

Are you buying brand new parts and just keeping your old case? If so, what's your budget? It may be possible to get newer tech for around the same price

And I just now rembered to have a better anwser. Yes and no, I had budgets for all individual parts. For example GPU for about $200-$300, CPU $100-$160, so on and so fourth.

That's honestly not the smartest way to do it. If you set a max budget you can get your self the best performance for your budget and not just limiting your self by parts in certain price ranges

Yeah but I mean I don't know. I wouldn't be buying it all at once, and I just I can't set a $1,000 price I mean, it just doesn't work. I'm 13 and I'm just saving up on the little bit of money I can get my hands on. Also birthday and Christmas. In my case and also opinion, this works best for me :/ all in all it is probably 1,000 dollars but it's jut that when seeing it that way... it looks like more daunting and stuff. The price ranges for each pieces were

GPU- 200-300

CPU- 100-600

PSU- 50-100

Motherboard- 70-130

RAM- 40-60
