Unidentified Grinding Noise [UNSOLVED]

I have a 30 second clip of the sound, and I'm pretty sure the HDD isn't failing because it doesn't really coordinate with the HDD light on my case. Also, this is not just a cable interfering with a fan, as I've opened it up numerous times to move stuff around. My only current thought is that the PSU fan has something to do with this noise because It's a refurbished part from microcenter and thats the only thing I haven't looked at.

May sound crazy, but try to be as save as possible doing this but id like you to try stop each fan in the computer (Good tip is to put your finger on the spinning flat bit in the middle) This will let you know if it is any of the fans and which one. From the clip I got the Feeling it might be on your graphics card. 


Other than that I do not know.

I used the same method to detect a issue with one of my fans which makes it sound like crickets are inside my computer.

It's coil whine and from what I hear it is either the GPU or PSU. Try to swap and test any if you can.

Ok, I have a second computer with the exact same specs in the room next door that doesn't make the same noise. I'll swap.

Very good point Coil whine can have some weird noises I get it with my GPU but it doesn't sound like the video so didn't consider it
