Can you suggest a gaming pc under 500 dollars?

So My dad is giving me 500 dollar to build a pc.And he also bought ps4 slim for couch and chill gaming. So yep. Im only using it until i get my asus zephyrus or razer blade (It will take few months)

I found a Sapphire Nitro rx 480 8gb for 200 bucks is it good?

Btw  rx 580 are fucking expensive here.
