Sideways mounted graphics card?

So I've seen pics of people mounting their graphics card sideways so the fans face the glass panel. What cases support this? I figure that they are using some sort of ribbon cable for the PCIe slot to the graphics card. I just can't seem to figure out what term or tag phrase to use when searching for a case that does this. So where do I look?

I use a riser cable in my itx case now but it's not the same as what I'm trying to explain. I'm sorry if I'm not explaining it correctly. It's hard to describe when I don't know wtf I'm talking about.

of course they make that available now that I made my own bracket 

 

Several Lian-li cases are set in vertical gpu orientation (like the pc-05/06/07s) and a few others.

Be aware you give up most if not all other PCIe slots with this setup at least from all the configurations I've seen

On the veiw 27 you can still use all of your pci lanes for anything except a full size gpu unless it has rear power connection. Unless the power inputs are offset or different length cards.

I would expect that from a case designed for it I was basing that on the hyper-link that was posted

Get a Thermaltake view 27 with a Thermaltake pcie riser cable. Looks awesome!

The Genome looks awesome but I dont get why they sell case that can only have negative pressure.
