Will there be a 4gb version of Vega?

Are there going to be any 4gb Vega cards? Maybe something around 1060 3gb range? I'm looking for a decent mid-range card but can't quite spend the money on a 1060. Do you think I should wait for Vega or bite the bullet and get a 1050 TI?

Probably not. Looks like the Polaris cards will serve the midrange and budget segments. I'd recommend an RX 570 except for the current supply issues.

Hahahahaha the RX 570 and 580 prices are through the roof due to etherium mining. The RX 580 was selling as high as $900 for the 8gb model last I looked.

Maybe I should get the 1050 TI?

I guess I'll get a 1050 Ti and wait to upgrade to RX 580 after the prices go down.

Eh I'd wait for 480 prices to drop, because that will happen sooner.  Don't waste your money yet on a 1050 ti.

Hahahaha not spending $700 on a 480. I hope all the idiots mining for etherium stop buying these cards so us consumers can have a half-decent gaming experience.

I'd actually probably go with an RX 470...

EVERYONE is buying RX cards for etherium/bitcoin mining because they are miles better than GeForce cards for that. Hopefully the demand will slow down.

So even though the rx 5xx and rx 4xx are going out of stock because of mining and high demand yada yada...the average consumer can still buy it as it comes back into stock.  @MegaVoltz, save up about $100 more and buy a 4xx or 5xx card.  It's that easy.

yeah I see that, if you want one right now, I'm saying go to newegg, ask them to send you an email when the card is in stock, and get one for $200. Not that hard

I don't want to wait forever for prices to go down to get a PC. By then cheaper and better cards will release.
