What would be a good case for a custom loop and some rgb lighting thats also has tempered glass?

Coolermaster MasterBox 5, it is a great case for the price. It doesn't have RGB lighting, but you can get strips and fans to complement that.

 

If you are looking to spend more on a case, I might be able to recommend another one, how much are you looking to spend on it?

The P400 TG has plenty of room for a Custom loop and has rgb strip intalled already. Here is a pic of my wife's build. It has an RX 480 reference card so you know how big it is inside.

Phanteks evolve enthoo tempered glass it might not have rgb but you can get strips
