Cant install Windows

Ok so im trying to load Windows 10 onto a PC. It simply wont boot from any type of USB device (One is Windows 10 and the other is some Linux thing). It is also refusing to boot from either of my Windows 10 DVD's. It will boot from a Xubuntu disk and a Dell windows repair disk

 

Any thoughts?

have you tried going in to your bios and picking the usb u want to boot off of
