Do you mean installing your copy of Windows onto the SSD as the new copy? If so then yes and like RadiatingLight said, you probably wont even need your key (As long as it's Windows 10).

 

If you mean running tow copies of Windows at the same time, on the same PC, the answer is yes and no. Yes you can have 2 drives each with Windows on, but you would only be able to boot 1 at a time. Plus not sure why you would ever want to do that anyway?
