help First time overclocking

Ok, here is what I've got that I would like to try overclocking

 

MSI 970A SLI Krait Edition
AMD FX 8350 Black Edition
Rosewill Hive 1000 watt Power Supply 
Zotac Nvidia GeForce 1070
CoolerMaster MasterLiquid 240

I did ask before but I was kinda left scratching my head so I figured I would ask again this time emphasizing the fact I have only a minimal idea of what I am doing.  If there is any more information I can provide to help someone help me let me know and I'll get it posted asap

go into your bios after restarting, find the multiplier. this number should be in the 30s. just make that number higher for a higher clock. i wouldnt go over 45 without overvolting though

Yeah... I was pissed at the time and wanted to eliminate EVERY possible problem i was having

Well, shit, I guess i should have asked what to do to revert the changes if I screw up.... my system powers up but does nothing.

So once I get it running again, I should use Afterburner https://www.msi.com/page/afterburner to see what I can do then take those changes and apply them directly into the bios during boot?

I noticed while looking around for help that there are bios updates?  im guessing that like everything it would be a good idea to get this as well?

I've tried looking up some guides and the like on youtube however it seems like they are all using a different version of MSI command center and since this is my first time doing this I'm hoping to get some more advice before I try anything.

 

Right now my cpu is running at 4.2... Im wondering if 4.5 is possible.  What do I need to do on what to achieve that?
