Do I need a wifi card?

Hello,

Should I get a wifi card for my pc or just get one of those external wifi things that are usb?

What are the pro's and cons for using either?

Cons of the USB it sucks cons of PCIe it doesn't sucks but more expensive

My Build: Xeon 2630L V, RX 560 2gb, 8gb ddr4 1866, EVGA 450BV 

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500

usb is fine if you only want one things to give wifi to multiple devices (such as having multiple desktops) but if you only have one desktop just get PCI-E
