Windows 10 Keeps Freezing

Hey guys, so when I updated my PC to Windows 10 Creators Update, some got fucked hard. Before I installed it, it wouldnt let me do it from Windows Update, So I had to force update from Windows own site. 

Now after like 1 hour the freezers completely and I have to force shutdown. Also I have 3 monitors, and when the pc freezers, all screens except 1 gets black. I have also completely reinstalled Wiindows 10 and cleaned my SSD.

I have reset my BIOS, Updated all my drivers. Is this hardware because of an stupid windows update? also no RAM leaks, I have ran Windows RAM testing software, no issues found

 

other specs, I7 4770k NON overclocked,

GTX 1070 from MSI, NON overclocked

16 GB ram
