So I just did a fresh, windows 10 install and is up to date, and after installing origin and my games the Alt Z wont bring up my shadow play menu. This worked fine before format and reinstall. The share in working and ready it says in Geforce experience. Watched a few videos on this and no one seems to have it working and not have the short cut not work. I'm at a loss right now. Just thought I'd ask about this before I just reinstall again...I can't even get into the setting for it without alt z working, just a really annoying problem..

so After beating my head on this all day, it was a bad driver download from Nvidia, I tried reinstalling the driver many times I had downloaded, to no avail, I just redownloaded the driver and everything worked first try. Thanks for the post, didn't help, but I appreciate it.
