New cheap CPU cooler

First the setup:
Asrock z77 pro3 motherboard
I5 3570k cpu 3,8 with a small undervoltage (-0.125v)
Stock intel cpu fan
Corsair vengeance 1866mhz 8 gb

Im looking for a new cpu cooler, and my goal is to get a better cooler without spending mutch, because im upgrading to liquid cooling within 2k14
Im thinking in the lines of the Cooler Master hyper 212, but are there better coolers at same pricerange, or equivalent coolers a bit cheaper?
If possible i would like it to be a bit less loud then my stock cooler

Cooler Master 212 + (or Evo variant) is hand-down the best cooler for ~$35.

The Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo is a great choice for a budget cooler. I think this has the best price to cooling performance ratio imo in terms of budget coolers.

They are pretty much the same thing. The only noticeable difference between the two was the way the heatpipes mate with the CPU surface. The + had small gaps in between, and the Evo had the heatpipes right up against each other. Kind of hard to explain. Wish I had taken pictures after owning both. (Current cooler is an Evo)

I kno what you mean, and that's why I would alway choose evo over +, but that's just preference.

I agree. Seems the Evo was kinda the "version 2.0" of that cooler. The + was a pain to put thermal paste on, I had to line those crevices with paste before applying it. Choose the Evo OP.

2-5 degrees max, so no.

The fin density is pretty low and the cooler isn't really deep enough to justify a push-pull on that cooler. I vote no as well.
