I've been loving Kerbal Space Program and really want to do a Satelite(ish) build with the Lian Li PC-TU100A. I don't care about hardware, as I already have a good pc, I just want something that is flashy for LAN parties. I need ideas on what to mount to it and how to do it so it end up looking like a decommissioned space probe. I also need ideas on how to pull off making fake RCS thrusters like this: http://www.spacecamp.com/gallery/albums/userpics/10001/image100.jpg

My System Specs: (Short list) i7 4770k, GTX 780, many SSD's, a 2 TB HDD(deceased :( ), Corsair 650D. Full list: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/kchriz6097/saved/8dh7YJ

Upgrade Plan: Acquire some Black Noctuas then add 16 or 32GB of 2133MHz memory

Hmm, sounds like an epic Idea, Maybe you could mount all the hardware into a largish metal ball and have four long probes sticking out like sputnik :D

You could build it, the encase the case with an aluminum ball and do what ^^ he said, and make it like sputnik 1. You could then just carry it by the metal rods coming from the machine.

It sounds like a good idea but i was hoping for more of a modern and flashy design like this http://tantrajnaan.files.wordpress.com/2011/10/satellite.jpg except with more "stuff" on it to make it look more interesting
