As a stated in the post that you quoted, we're all experts.  One thing is for certain, you're great at entering conversations under the guise of help, but we can expect the the derogatory Intel comment will follow shortly after.  

I post the reason for their issue followed by how to fix it, its called being thorough.

 

"guise of help" told him how to improve in my initial post... Was my advice incorrect?

 

EDIT: Highlighting doubt? I can't say the answer and nor can you, I can only say based on my experience I doubt this is the reason. What should I have said aside from doubt?
