devolo dlan connection slows down drastically at evening

Hi, first of all I would like to thank you for your time.

OS: Win 10 Pro 64 bit 

My problem is that my dlan(devolo dalan 200av starter kit) connection to my router is dropping to a very low speed alt evening(ca 19:30-2:30 oclock),

at the rest of the time my connection is pretty stable and reliable. It is to mention that my inet connection is pretty slow in general (like 2,1 mbit).

 

In the screenshots you can see the speed at evening the normal speeds are like 60mbits/50mbits.

When the speeds drop like in the screenshots the most little demand like playing a game can make the ping to rise up to 1000 ms and thats pretty annoying.

The programm I use to controll is the devolo dlan cockpit version 4.4.0.05 .

probably because everyone else is using the network up, nothing you can do other than switch isps.

do you mean anybody else in my connection point or the other connection points ?

other people in the neigherbood. There is only so big of a pipe going to your block, and your sharing that with your neighbors watching netflix.

 

Im assuming speeds are bad for everyone on the network.
