desktop? Laptop?

Id personally just get a used laptop.

But if you want a desktop, get this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dell-OptiPlex-3010-MicroTower-PC-Core-i5-2400-Quad-Core-3-10GHz-8GB-500GB-NO-OS-/322529522165?hash=item4b1841f1f5:g:vUsAAOSw0hlZHgSY

and put a gpu in it.
