I was playing some Fallout 4 while all of the sudden all three of my screens went black and showed no signal from the computer, but I could still here Netflix that I had playing on the computer. Everything went back to normal after about 30 seconds or so. It closed Fallout 4 and moved all my windows over to my main monitor. I just ran a virus scan through Windows Defender and Malware Bytes but they came up with nothing.

I have no idea if this relates but a black box pops up randomly clicking me out of what ever I am doing then disappearing before I could see anything.

The black screen could be due to a weird mod conflict (but unlikely). As for the pop up, you'll just have to catch it and find out what it is

Sounds like the Command Prompt but I could be wrong. It'd make sense though. Any process (game, application, etc) can be started or stopped through the Command Prompt.
