Hello. So for the past 5 hours I have been behind my PC, trying everything I can find on the internet to fix my issues. Yet nothing has helped.

I tried disabling everything on startup, virus scans and what not, and comstantly, when I boot my PC, the disk usage is at 100%. My PC is unusable. This morning Kaspersky detected a virus, and it was disinfected. Then only 3 hours after, this lag started to happen. Sometimes while I am trying to fix it, like opening services.msc, windows would stop responding. And oh my god. When Windows stops responding, I feel like pulling my hair out. It is so annoying. So I think that this has to do with the viruses. I tried to do a roll back to a previous restore point, but I got an error and it said that that it cannot roll back. In have installed Malwarebytes to try and fix this, but no luck. Malwarebytes found no viruses. And in task manager, by disk asage, there are only things that are using 0.1mps. But the disk is still at 100%.. Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Try opening up your task manager, and viewing processes to see which applications or maybe viruses is using up all the disk capacity. Hopefully this will allow you to pinpoint the source and take steps from there.

Lmao. I open up task manager, and only 5 applications are using like 0.1mbps. Barely anything is being used.

open resmon.exe, go to disks tab. It'll tell you what process is doing it.

Also, when you look at task manager, and it's only showing 5 applications, you not looking at all users, click the button at the bottom.
