Is the Kingstone HyperX Fury 120gb 2.5" good?

http://www.kingston.com/us/ssd/consumer/shfs37a

I'm about to buy a SSD today and I want to be sure that this SSD is worth it. (I'm low on money and I really need one with 120gb)

As far as I know and from what I've seen this SSD is capable of 500mb/s write/read on a proper Sata 3 connection.

Should I go with it or nah?

Also how about Corsair Vengeance Pro Series 16gigs DDR3 on 2400mhz?

I've found some on a craigslist for 60$ in my country and I'm planning on buying them since I need more ram and my mobo supports them.
