R9 290 Overclocked Folding

Hello,

 

I have an R9 290 with a Raijintek Morpheus cooler that I overclocked. Running Firestrike, it maxes out at 86 degrees C. Will I be fine running Folding@Home or Boinc for a few hours a day, with no damage to the gpu?

 

I also have an i5-2400.

Doubt you'll make any money on bit coin,  I imaginethat running a couple hours a day would do about as much damage as gaming - ie very little.

I'd look at either removing the overclock, increasing fan speeds to the max, leaving the side panel open, or a combination of those 3. 86C is not really all that confortable.
