Are there any differences between 1050 Ti's with power connectors and without power connectors? especially overclocking

Not really, only for people that push it to it's limit. Also, 1 fan is enough, no need to spend more for better cooling, a very small cooler is sufficient.

Overclocking. the cheaper ones don't take additional power from the PSU so they won't overclock well if at all.

 

To be honest the 1050Ti's worth buying are very close in price to the much better RX 570 so there is no reason for buying the 1050Ti imo unless you go for the really cheap ones that are not as good. So actually that contradicts my 1st sentence so no I don't think there are any 1050Ti's worth buying.
