Hello I would like to build my first pic that would be able to run the following games smoothly at 60 fPs in 4kwithout drops  , borderlands series , csgo , witcher 3 , minecraft ( heavily modded ) , ark survival , however i dont know which graphics card to chose to do so , I would like to keep the price as low as possible

For 4K 60Fps you would need at least a GTX1080.

the ryzen 5 1600 is good enough, you can upgrade to a ryzen 7 in the future(not needed for gaming) and AMD plans to support am4 till 2020 while lga 1151 still has 1 cycle before it gets changed IIRC.

the 1600 has 2 extra cores, and you can overclock it to 4ghz if you want.
