Removing Paint Primer?

Anyone know of a quick way to remove Paint primer (Other then using sand paper (Material is metal is it would scratch it)?

 

I currently have this paint primer applied: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001B73WCO/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Ok thanks, I will try that. Is there an preferred brand of paint remover to use?
