Random CMD popup help

About a week ago i started noticing a random blank CMD pop up spontaneously at the exact same position of my screen (almost top right) I have looked online for various fixes but none have worked and i am almost getting worried the now. No matter what game i am in or video i am watching, if its on full screen it will tab me out and send me to my desktop (i have died quite a bit in H1Z1 KOTK a few times because of it which is more frustrating) 

 

I have ran full system scans for malware various times using Avast Premium and Malware Bytes, while Avast came blank Malware Bytes did find 3 files and deleted him, i thought it found it but no it still happens 

 

It happens so fast and random I can't monitor what it is doing 

 

Does anyone have a fix? Please I need any help I can get, it is sooo ******* annoying 

 

EDIT: i should probably also mention i recently updated my BIOS (for the GIGABYTE h170 D3HP) to the latest F4 BIOS and my graphics card (GTX 1060) to the latest Driver)

Command Prompt window opening and closing, is due to a software.

 

Open CCleaner (well you don't need it specifically., but it it shows everything all at the same spot), and go to Tools > Startup, and provide me a screen shot of the Startup and Task Scheduler.

 

Beside that it can be a service, as those run at startup.

Do start > type: msconfig > hit Enter. A panel will open. In there, go to Service tab, and check the box: "Hide all Microsoft services", and take a screen shot.

Beside the fact that you are bombarded with startup programs. I have 2 items on each tab only (OneDrive and Defender on Startup, Flash and OneDrive on Task Scheduler).

 

As I have had the issues myself, I was able to quickly dig into it, see what is going on and find a solution a few days ago.

 

Quoting myself, as I am tired of retyping it in the multiple threads about it here:

Look under Task Scheduler > Microsoft > Office, and you'll notice you have the following services:

• OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerLogon
• OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerRegistration

Both of those, you can right-click and pick Disable.

 

Office suits seems to continue to work despite those things disabled. Mind you I have not tried every single feature of every Office programs to know the impact, by it seems to not affect anything crucial.
