As for a monitor, i always recommend the Samsung C24FG70 as it has the best panel possible with a high refresh rate of 144Hz at only 280$. This will leave you with about 200$ for everything else, such as a keyboard and a great pair of headphones :).

A 10$ combo isn't even worth 10$.... Keyboard and mouse are just as important for once experience as the specs of the PC, it is after all what connects you to it

Just as @Blackhole890 said we need to know what it will be used for before we can find something worth your money. Is it for gaming only or is it for 3D-rendering and workstation purposes? Also what resolution do you want to play at? 1080p, 1440p or 4k?? Ultrawide or non-ultrawide?

Good overall but be careful when choosing the cheapest of the cheap motherboards. MSI use lesser quality components, it wont overclock as well as other boards either, lastly MSI were having Ryzen BIOS issues so I never recommend MSI for Ryzen.
