Ebay Tips?

Do they have good feedback nothing wrong about how the ad is and make sure you use a card that you don't care about it will save your wallet if it is a scam

Im mostly on discord now and you can find me on my profile

ebay is great even if the seller tries to screw you over, ebay has your back and will refund you

the seller that im buying from has 100% positive but only 123 reviews, is that good enough?

My checklist:

Check their feedback. If they have a crap ton of feedback (1000+) and 95% or higher feedback, I'd say that's good. Though I personally only buy from 98% positive and up. If they have less than a hundred sales, it's 100% positive or it's a no go. Also be sure that they've sold in the past, someone can have a lot of feedback, but only buying feedback.

 

Read the description. Be 100% sure it's right.

 

They must have plenty of pictures, and NO STOCK PHOTOS!!!

 

Be sure they'll even ship to you before you buy it.

 

Check sold listings and stuff to be sure you're getting a good price.

 

Probably more tips I could offer, but that's all that comes to mind atm. :)

That's more than good enough, but be sure he actually has seller feedback. Those could just be feedback he got from buying things.

It basically means the item is in a category not covered by eBay's money back guarantee. In the event something goes wrong with the purchase, it's down to the seller to refund your money, eBay will not refund you then take the money from the seller like they would under the guarantee.

I've been on the Ebay forum for atleast an hour reading about this issue, they said it's a "glitch" or something like that. Doubt it is terms of service or there would probably be a notification about it.

If you use PayPal then the seller cant see what Visa you are using.

The common thing, a scammer sells a highly sought after GPU for half the price, then ships a garbage computer part instead, when you complain, they ask to send it back, but don't accept it, so it bounces back to you, eBay, CC, Paypal can't help you, because technically they did send you something, you must return it first, which you can't, because it bounces back.
